ACT® Dry Mouth Lozenges are formulated with three intensive polyol moisturizers and two hydrating polymers to coat oral tissues and lock in moisture. The non-irritating solution helps to create a pH-balanced environment in the mouth. Because reduced salivary flow can lower intraoral pH and increase the risk for dental decay and demineralization, consistent use of a neutral sodium fluoride rinse can help prevent demineralization, promote remineralization and ultimately serve as an effective defense against caries.2,3
